It helps to imagine ‘Helping the team’ as the wind in your team's sails – what has been helping the team do better work in the last sprint?
Finally, ‘Slowing the team down’ is like the anchor pulling on the boat and stopping the team from going anywhere – what is blocking the team or holding them back?
