The exercise is divided into three brainstorms – each around a different type of emotion.
‘Mad’ is for discussing things the team found frustrating in the last iteration.
‘Sad’ is for discussing disappointments from the last iteration.
‘Glad’ is for discussing things that made the team happy and motivated in the last iteration.
Individually brainstorm answers to each emotion, sharing them back all together after each emotion or once everyone has brainstormed all three feelings. Drag and drop stickies into each group to share with the team.
